Fitness expert and social media star Kayla Itsines has signed a deal with St Martin's Press to release her book, The Bikini Body 28-Day Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Guide.
Itsines created the Bikini Body Guides and has been dubbed as 'Instagram's biggest fitness star' by The New York Times, and her new book - available January 2017 - will present a four week plan featuring over 200 recipes. Itsines commented 'With my new book, I hope to inspire and motivate women all over the world to achieve their health, wellness, and fitness goals'.
